Fishermen's Haven upgrades!
Well...today i was sitting with my char at Fishermen and started thinking about making a house there for ppl who archived r5-r6+ titles to get a rest.
The house would have relaxing sea view, and chairs to sit on, and a place for minipets to play.
I think it would be a great idea, because i often see there maxed-out titles guys and so on..and they are sitting at the coastline..that's why i started thinking about a house for r5-r6+ titles.

ANET then needs to have Carona's available for us to buy at the merchant. This would allow us to work on our drunkard title while enjoying the view in our house.

we should have a /sit on chair emote, there will be no chair in town, but when you do that you'll be sitting on a chair instead of half sit/kneel position, O.o painful is what I am thinking of that position, and throw in /relax on beach too. I know we willl have swim in GW2 so well just need some that is not game play related but in-town/outpost related ones. becasue standing around is very weird.

I think for "Fishermans Haven" they should at least put in some sort of fishing ability, be it a minigame, or w/e just something to pass the time as you sip your "Corona" from the "barmade" in your (/chair) lounge chair.
It would be the new marhanns type hangout for bored veterans... although there should be lvl 20 admittance req. for the VIP section, and have 2 lvl 30 bouncers... umm... yeah...
/goes outside to talk to real person...

I like this idea as Fisherman's Haven seem's to be a 'hang-out' for veterans and people with cool titles
And a fishing minigame would be rather cool, can't see it happening but i would really like it

Try going outside. This would be a waste really then you'll have people whining about how they cannot enter it.

Fisherman's Haven is one of few out-of-the-way places in this game where one can simply sit and watch the virtual clouds go by. Implementing this feature would destroy the digital oasis you claim to love. Leave us our bastions of solace, don't try and pass this.

Fishy, you fail to understand what the OP is looking for. He would like to basically "move in" to Guild Wars by having a house built there so that he would never have to leave the game, therefore he needs to get up and see that there is a real world outside and that characters in a video game do not need a "house"
I never metioned anything else you suggested.
I suggest to you to use spell check

Ehrm..i usually play about 2 hours of GW per a day, and i spend most of my time with training, and with girls...so don't say me i want to move into Guild Wars..GW for me is just a game i love to play with, and i made this thread to speak about Fishermen's Haven ,and what would you like to add to it. I didn't make this thread to start flaming about this idea...

In Psychology, that's called "Material Projection". Yes, I agree, you'd be looking for the Sims2 if you want houses. The town does not need to be upgraded so you may pull up a soda and stare at a projection of life para-reality.
